"When I try to log in to my Pongo account, a message pops up that says I'm currently not a registered user. I know I have an account, so why am I getting this message?"
If you get this message when you try to log in, the problem is with your e-mail address. Double-check the following items:
- Did you enter your e-mail address correctly? Incorrect spelling could trigger that message.
- Did you sign up with a different e-mail address? If you're not sure, try entering the e-mail address(es) you think could be linked to the account.
