To initiate a live chat session, click on the Live Help button (located in the upper-right corner of almost every page).
Then, select Customer Support, and fill in Your Name, E-Mail Address, and Your Question. Click Start Chat to enter a private chat room.
Once your chat window opens, you'll see this message:
Welcome _____! Your request has been directed to the Customer Support department. Please wait for our operator to answer your call.
When a representative answers your request, you'll be notified by this message:
Call accepted by operator _____ .
Your Pongo customer support specialist will then help answer your question and any other questions you have about the service. These are real people interacting with you, so they will do their best to get the information you need and provide a solution.
The buttons at the top of your live chat window allow you to manage your chat session. You can use them to:
- Send a file to your Pongo support specialist to review
- Print your chat transcript
- Send your chat transcript by e-mail
- Turn message alert sounds on/off
- Rate your support experience
- Exit the chat.
