Email How do I change the Layout of my Resume or Letter?

Open your document and click the Layouts button (upper-right menu bar).

FOR RESUMES:
You’ll need to select both a Stationery and a Format.

Stationery styles are called Graphic 1, 2, and 3 (which add color and visual interest to your letterhead), or No Graphic (a text-only letterhead).

Formats are divided into three categories:

Traditional = Tried-and-true, classic, professional formats
Contemporary = Still professional, but with a bit more visual flair
Spacesaver = Designed to help you fit more text on one page

Mix & match! Preview different selections until you find the look that fits you best, then SAVE!

FOR LETTERS:
Simply select a Layout to customize the letterhead portion of your stationery. The body of the letter will automatically format in proper business style.

Note: If you are using our system to send a Letter and Resume together, the Letter will automatically match the Resume style you chose. That way, your documents will always match in stationery and format!
