How can I view my Support Requests and Live Chat History?

You can see a history of all your Support Requests, including Live Chat transcripts, by going to the My Account page, then clicking View Support Requests.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Pongo account.
  2. Click the My Account link at the top of the page.
  3. Click View Support Requests.
