If I fill out a Support Request will I get an e-mail response?


 E-Mail

Yes, you will receive an e-mail response. In fact, we respond in two ways: We e-mail you and we post each reply online in your Pongo Resume account.

To review your Support Request history online:

  1. Log in to your Pongo account.
  2. Click the My Account link at the top of the page.
  3. Click View Support Requests.

This way, you’ll always have access to our support, even if you can't access your e-mail.
