    If this does not work...
     
  2. You've probably disabled "cookies" in your browser settings. You'll need to allow cookies during the time you're using the software.

Internet Explorer users: In the menu bar of your browser, select TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS, then click the PRIVACY tab. Set the slider to Medium. Then try logging in again.
