Why am I being told that my e-mail address is already registered?

This message means the system recognizes your e-mail address because you—or someone who shares your e-mail address—had started the registration process at some point in the past.

Here's what to do:

  • On the User Login page, enter your e-mail address and click Forgot Password. You will either be asked to answer two secret security questions which you had previously selected, or (if you have no secret questions on file), we'll e-mail you a temporary password that you can use to login to your account.
  • Either way, you'll then be asked to create a new, permanent password.

If you haven't completed the registration process, you'll be prompted to do so once you login with your password.
