Login & Password

I forgot my password. Can you help me?

 Forgot your login password?  No problem... here's what to do:

  1. Click User Login (top-right of the web page).
     
  2. Enter your e-mail address, then click Forgot Password.
     
  3. a) If you selected and answered your secret questions in the past, you'll be asked to provide those answers now. If you do so correctly, you will be able to select a new, permanent password and log in to your account [you may ignore Steps 4 and 5.]

    OR


    b) If you have not yet selected your secret questions, we will send you an e-mail message containing your temporary password. Go to your e-mail account to retrieve the message.
     
  4. Next, click the link in the e-mail to log in to your account, then click User Login on the web site.
     
  5. Enter your e-mail address and the temporary password, then click Login. After logging in you will be asked to select a new, permanent password.
