Once you start using the application, you’ll be amazed how easy it is to use these powerful tools to create, store, and distribute your winning Resumes and Letters! Meanwhile, here's a "cheat sheet" of what each function is for:
- My Account: To see or change your Login, Profile, and Subscription information
- Letters: To access all your existing Letters or to create a new one
- Resumes: To access all your existing Resumes or create a new one
- Interview Tips: To access the Interview Tips training modules
- Logout: To logout of your account
- New: To create a new Resume or Letter from scratch
- Save: To save the changes you’ve made on your Resume or Letter
- Duplicate: To copy an existing Resume or Letter and give it a new name, leaving the original unchanged
- Preview: To toggle between Preview mode and Edit mode. (Preview shows the formatted document; Edit lets you make changes and additions.)
- Print Preview: To see exactly what your printed Resume or Letter will look like, and then to print it. ***Once you click Print Preview, the icon changes to the Printbutton.***
- Download: To save your Resume or Letter on your own computer, a disk, a portable drive, etc.
- E-Mail: To e-mail your Resume and/or Letter directly from this site.
- Fax: To fax your Resume and/or Letter directly from this site. (No fax machine needed!)
- Web: To convert your Resume into a web page with a unique web address (URL).
- Tracker: To view “who, what, when, where” data and delivery status of every Resume or Letter you send out from this site. (It also lets you set follow-up tasks and get e-mail reminders!)
- Headings: To change or remove the section Headings that are assigned to your Resume or Letter.
- Fonts: To adjust the type font or size.
- Layouts: To choose a stationery and a resume style for a custom look.
- Margins: Adjusts the top, bottom, left, and/or right margins.
- Preferences: To change the sequencing of your Experience and Educational listings from Automatic (chronological, starting with most recent) to Manual (you decide the order).
