When you send a fax from our site, the online Tracker keeps you informed about its status.
- Pending = fax has just been sent out and has not yet been received
- Success = fax has arrived at the fax machine on the other end
- Failed = fax did not go through
If you get a Failed message, confirm the number and try again. (Possible reasons: wrong fax number, line busy after repeated attempts, etc.)
