If you send your resume directly from your Pongo account, you won’t face this issue. However, if you save the resume to your own computer before you send it, we suggest you save a version of it in a previous version of Word (e.g., Word 97, Word 2003), then send that version. (Note: Review it first to be sure there are no typos or formatting errors that you may inadvertently introduce by changing versions.)
To save a resume in a previous version of Word if you’re using Word 2007, open the document on your computer, click on the File menu, click Save As … and choose Word 97-2003.
