How do I save a Resume or Letter to my computer, disk, or USB port?

E-Mail

It's easy to download your Resumes or Letters to your computer, to a disk or portable drive (such as a USB), or even to a copy center.

  1. With your resume or letter open, click the button labeled Download.
  2. Next, click Download button under the appropriate format (Text, Word, or PDF).
  3. Now you should see a message indicating "Your document is ready for download." Click the "Click Here" link.
  4. A new window will open that asks if you'd like to Open or Save your document. Select the Save option and chose a location on your computer to save the file. If you want to make sure it's easy to find, save it to your desktop or a familiar folder.

Your download should now be complete!

 Success Story
I love this site. It was so easy and helpful. I got six return interviews from my resume. Not bad for a mom returning to the work force after 15 years! Keep up the great job. - Leslie
