It's easy to download your Resumes or Letters to your computer, to a disk or portable drive (such as a USB), or even to a copy center.
With your resume or letter open, click the button labeled Download.
Next, click the appropriate icon to download in Text, Word, or PDF format.
A new window will open up, showing your document in the desired format. To complete the download, you'll need to Save the document to the desired location using one of the methods described below:
For a TEXT document...
Under File, select Save As, then click Save.
For a WORD document...
It will ask if you want to Open or Save. Click Save (not Open)
and then click Save again. Reopen the Word document on your computer. Click Save As, then in the Save as type field, select Word Document from the menu. Then, save the document.
For a PDF document...
Click the Save a Copy icon, then click Save.
Your download should now be complete!
