The Download window will not open. Is this caused by pop-up blockers?

Yes, you have identified the problem. You will need to disable the pop-up blocker software by either provide overall permission to the site: http://www.pongoresume.com, or by allowing an individual use each time you select the Download button.

In many cases, this change will be as simple as clicking on the pop-up blocker icon in your top menu bar and changing the setting. If that is not the case on your computer, please follow the instructions provided by your pop-up blocker utility.
