Printing


Print isn't working. What should I do?

Printing is one of the subscription PUBLISH features.

If you have a Free Trial Account, you will need to upgrade to a Subscription account to gain full access to the PUBLISH features (print, e-mail, download, fax, tracking, etc.) You may do so immediately by clicking My Accounts and updating your account information.

If you are already a Subscriber and you are having difficulty printing, the most likely problem is Flash-related. You will need to download the latest version of the Flash plug-in required for running the application.

If you have already installed Flash, and you still cannot print, reboot your computer and try again. (If you are having additional difficulties downloading Flash, please see our Flash Questions help page.)
