Live help is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST) to assist you with questions or account issues via live chat, e-mail, or telephone (866-486-4660). After hours, you can leave a voice mail or e-mail message, and a Pongo support specialist will get back to within a business day.
You can view transcripts of your past chat sessions or copies of your e-mail support correspondence by logging in to your Pongo account and clicking My Account, then Support Requests.
