First, you click Duplicate to make a copy of an existing Resume or Letter, then you customize it for each employer.
To customize it, you'll want to insert key phrases from the actual job ad and showcase the skills and qualifications that are most relevant to their needs.
When you're done, save it with a unique name for convenient and easy retrieval. For example:
- J.DoeResume I, J.DoeResume II, etc.
- J.DoeResume Marketing, J.DoeResume Sales, etc.
- J.DoeResume ABC Co., J.DoeResume XYZ Co., etc.
