Q&A
QUESTION: It's been awhile since I worked on my documents in my Pongo account. Can you remind me how to find my resumes and letters?
ANSWER: No problem. Returning to your career documents is fast and easy. First, go to the Pongo home page and click User Login in the top-right corner of the screen. Next, enter your e-mail address and password, then click Login. (Or, click Forgot Password if you can't remember your login info.) The My Resumes page will open. You can then work on one of your existing resumes or create a new one. To create or open an existing cover letter instead of a resume, click Letters at the top of the screen. Read more about this topic.
