QUESTION: How can I create a References document that's separate from my resume?
ANSWER: You can use the Resume Builder to create a References document. Here are the first few steps: Log in and click My Resumes, then click Create a New Resume. Name the new document "References" (or something similar). Next, click Headings. You'll see two columns: Available and Assigned. Move ALL the headings in the Assigned column to the Available column using the left-facing arrow. Then, scroll down the Available column and select References.
