QUESTION: When I create a new resume or letter, what should I name it?
ANSWER: The names you give the resumes and letters in your Pongo account are for your own reference, so select any name you wish. However, we recommend you use descriptive names to help you identify the documents later, when you've saved multiple versions. For example, it’s better to use specific names such as "IBM Sales Manager Resume" and "IBM Sales Manager Letter" than generic names such as "Resume 1" and "Cover Letter 1." Whatever name you choose, it won't appear on your documents when you print, e-mail, or fax them from your Pongo account. It's for your eyes only.
