Michael Neece, a Pongo co-founder, is a man of many talents. A board member and advisor for PongoResume.com, he also speaks and writes on hiring, interviewing, and career management topics in both journalistic and academic settings. He is also the creator and CEO of Interview Mastery, a highly successful web-based job interview program that helps clients around the globe master interviews and win job offers.

When he's not busy influencing the career space, Michael spends his free time taking to the skies of New England in self-piloted single-engine aircraft.
