Cover: Response to Online Job Posting – Similar to our letter responding to newspaper advertisements, this new structure addresses the correct format and phrasing used in applying to a job posted on sites such as CareerBuilder.com, Monster.com, and more.

Job Offer Acceptance – Congratulations! You made a great impression and your potential employer would love to have you on staff. Even if they made you an offer over the phone or in person, it's a good idea to follow up with a formal letter accepting the offer. It outlines important information such as salary, start date, benefits, etc. and can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed.
