QUESTION: How do I make a new copy of my resume without overwriting the original?
ANSWER: The short answer? By clicking "Duplicate" in the resume toolbar. Here's the longer answer: Log in to your Pongo account, open the original resume, then click Duplicate (top left of screen). A new window will open, asking what you want to name the new document. Assign it a unique name. You now have a separate resume, which you can edit to fit the specific criteria of another employer, without losing the original version. (The same goes for cover letters!) Continued ...
