Why can't I find the e-mail response to my Support Request?

If you did not receive our e-mailed response, one of these situations may have occurred:

  • Your e-mail system misinterpreted the message as junk and redirected it into your SPAM or junk e-mail folder, or
  • You registered your Pongo account with a different e-mail address, and our reply went there.

The good news is, in addition to e-mailing our support responses, we also post them online in your Pongo account.

To review your Support Request response online:

  1. Log in to your Pongo account.
  2. Click the My Account link at the top of the page.
  3. Click View Support Requests.
