If you did not receive our e-mailed response, one of these situations may have occurred:
- Your e-mail system misinterpreted the message as junk and redirected it into your SPAM or junk e-mail folder, or
- You registered your Pongo account with a different e-mail address, and our reply went there.
The good news is, in addition to e-mailing our support responses, we also post them online in your Pongo account.
To review your Support Request response online:
- Log in to your Pongo account.
- Click the My Account link at the top of the page.
- Click View Support Requests.
