I'm stuck in a log-in loop and can’t access my resume. Help!

We have two suggestions:

1) Try typing the URL address (http://www.pongoresume.com) directly into your browser rather than clicking on a link in an e-mail or on a saved page.

If this does not work...

2) You've probably disabled "cookies" in your browser settings. You'll need to allow cookies during the time you're using the software.

Internet Explorer users: In the menu bar of your browser, select TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS, then click the PRIVACY tab. Set the slider to Medium. Then try logging in again.
