This message means you have started the registration process before and the system recognizes your e-mail address.

On the User Login page, click the Forgot Password button and enter your e-mail address. We'll e-mail you the password you need to login to your account.

If you haven't completed the registration process, you'll be prompted to do so once you login with your password.
