If you have forgotten the log-in username that you used prior to the May 28, 2004 we can send it to you.

On the "user login" page, click on the link for users prior to May 28th, 2004.  Click on "forgot login name" and we will send your username to the e-mail address we have on file.  For security reasons we can not send usernames to an e-mail address other than the one that is associated with the account.
