How can I access an old resume (created before May 28, 2004)?

1) I have a current account and would like to migrate an old resume created before May 28th, 2004.

Go to the "user login" screen (top, right hand corner of the home page). Log in using your current e-mail and password. This will bring you directly to the "my resume" page. You will see a link at the bottom of the page that says "import". Click on that link and enter your old username(s) and old e-mail(s) one at a time to upgrade the number of resumes you have in the old system.

If you have used more than one username, you can repeat this process for each account that you have. Enter the e-mail and username for each account.

Note: Have you forgotten the username that you used prior to the May 28, 2004 site upgrade? On the "user login" page, click on the link for users prior to May 28th, 2004.  Click on "forgot login name" and we will send your username to the e-mail address we have on file.  For security reasons we can not send usernames to an e-mail address other than the one that is associated with the account.

2) I do not have a current account and would like to migrate an old resume created before May 28th, 2004.

Go to the "user login" screen (top, right hand corner of the home page).  Click on the link for user's prior to May 28th, 2004.  Enter your old username and e-mail.  Click on the "upgrade now" button.  You will receive a temporary password (please be sure to keep this password for your records).

After you receive your temporary password you will be directed to the "my resume" page.  You will see the name of your resume there (main resume).  Click edit under the name of your resume to view.

If you have used more than one username, you can repeat this process for each account that you have. On the "my resume" page you will see a link at the bottom of the page that says "import". Click on that link and enter your old username(s) and e-mail(s) one at a time to upgrade the number of resumes you have in the old system.

If you have forgotten the username(s) that you used prior to May 28th, 2004, please follow the directions in the note above.
