Sounds like you are trying to print using your Browser’s print function, instead of using the Print Preview button within our application. Printing from your Browser prints the whole web page, including unwanted header and footer information.

Here's how to fix the problem...

When you're ready to print, click the Print Preview button. You will see an exact preview of how your printed document will look. You will ALSO see that the Print Preview button has become the Print button!

If everything looks perfect, go ahead and click Print (same position as the former Print Preview button) and proceed as usual.
