If you have installed Flash and it does not work, restart your computer and try again. If it still does not work, then follow the steps below (if one doesn't work then move on to the next one)...

Install Flash. Click on the icon shown here to load the latest version of the Flash plug-in (it works for both Mac and PC users).

Determine Version of Flash.  If there is a problem with the Flash plug-in, we will need to know what version of Flash you have downloaded. Use the link below to determine which version of Flash you have.

Remove and Reinstall Flash. If you do not see the version on the page (after using the link above), it probably means you have a very old or incomplete previous installation. Please follow the steps in the link below to uninstall the old version. Then, reinstall the new (go back and click the icon above).
