First, you need to enter your e-mail address in the Blog Subscription box on the Pongo Blog (it appears in the upper-left on all blog pages), then click the ">>" symbol (right arrows).

A new form will open up, showing your current subscription details.

Change your selection in the New Post Notification Frequency on the form.

Click Submit, and you're all set!
