There are a few different things you can try when you’re trying to fit everything on one page. Most involve the white buttons that appear in the upper-right menu bar when you open your resume:

Fonts
Reduce the type size and/or change to a different font.
Layouts
Change the layout of your resume to No Graphic for the stationery and either SpaceSaver 1 or SpaceSaver 2 for the format. The SpaceSaver formats are specifically designed to fit more text on a page.
Margins
Smaller margins allow more text to fit on the page. But beware – if they are too small, the resume will be hard to read, so don’t change them too dramatically. Margin measurements are in Pixels (PX). As a rough guideline, 12 PX equals about 1/8 inch or 3 millimeters (mm).
Other things to try:
- Delete extra line breaks or spaces you may have inadvertently added between sections of the resume.
- Edit out unnecessary words in bullet points or paragraphs.
One note of caution:
Making dramatic changes to your fonts and margins may throw off the formatting of your resume, so try to keep font and margin changes as minor as possible.
