2. You complete the ordering process and submit your order.
3. We contact you by telephone within the next few business days to get to know you and learn about your career goals.
4. We e-mail a set of questions specific to your background. Your answers enable us to better understand your experiences, accomplishments, skills, and talents, and write a resume that meets your unique needs.
5. We write your resume and e-mail a first draft to you for your approval.
6. After we make any needed changes and you give final approval, we e-mail the final resume to you as a formatted Word document. The resume is yours to keep, modify, copy, and use as you see fit.
7. If you wish, we can post the final resume to your Pongo account. With a paid Pongo subscription, this will enable you to print, e-mail, fax, track, and store multiple versions of the resume, add cover letters, and take advantage of all the online Pongo features.
