How much frequently one should make changes in his/her resume. Does frequent change is drives more calls for interview?

The resume should ideally be tailored to fit the particular job and the job ad you are applying to. This can require making frequent changes to your resume. The more you tailor the resume the better the resume will be and this will lead to more callbacks for interviews!
