Decline a Job Offer LetterWhen you're job hunting, all you really want is a job offer. Sometimes, the hunt can take so long that getting an offer seems impossible. But one of these days, you're going to find a company that loves you and wants to add you to their payroll. You'll be jumping for joy at the sight of your long-awaited offer.

If you're really, really lucky, you might even get more than one job offer at the same time. Imagine that: the ability to choose and negotiate with each employer to receive the most attractive offer!

However it happens that you need to decline a job offer, Pongo's Cover Letter Builder now has a template to help you do it. The Decline a Job Offer Letter template includes sample text that enables you to reject the offer with a professional and courteous tone, and you can customize the letter to your unique situation.

If you have a Pongo account, you can access this new template by logging in to your account, clicking Letters, and creating a new letter using the "Decline a Job Offer Letter" from the dropdown menu.

Want to use the template but don't have a Pongo account? Create one here. Besides this particular template, Pongo has 13 other cover letter and letter templates with sample text and tips on writing. You can try them all out for free for 30 days, but you'll have to choose one of the membership options to email, print, or fax the letters.
