Tim Howard, Pongo's IT manager, joined Pongo after more than 20 years of management roles in Corporate America. Most recently, Tim was the Senior Manager of IT Operations at Staples in Framingham, MA. Prior to starting his career in IT he served four years in the U.S. Air Force as a Security & Law Enforcement Officer, and was a Police Officer in New Hampshire. He attended the University of Massachusetts and holds a BS in Information Technology.
